My favorite time of the year has arrived: when I visit G. I made the effort to make this trip for his birthday. It will be the first time I am there to celebrate with him. I only have enough leave for nine days off. which is fairly short. Time stops and slows when I am overseas. I will be returning on September 11. I have heard much protest to this plan, but I believe I will be safe!
