The Cameronian

I got up before noon this morning as a start to our drive south. Lunch consisted of a chicken salsa sandwich at La Place with gigantic crunchy cookies. Along the way we passed Rotterdam through Neeltje Jans, which had a nice view of the sea and a rather neat bridge. The final destination was Baarland, where G’s mother works at the local community house.

Dinner was pasta with spinach and bacon (drool). In between our time there we drove around on the back roads, finally making our way back into town. The way back we drove along the southern border, even passing Antwerp, Belgium. I got home relatively late, though I had slept earlier in the car and wasn’t that tired.
